Welcome to the official site for Isaac's Friends! 

Children throughout the country are often faced with long term illness or injury that require them to spend countless days in the hospital. These children and their families are impacted in ways that are often difficult to understand unless you have been through a similar situation yourself.

Thank you for taking the time to learn about and support Isaac's Friends as we go into children's hospitals to spend time playing games with sick and injured children. By doing so we bring a sense of normalcy back into their lives and provide much needed support for their families. Our Child Advocates are currently helping about 70 children a month. They volunteer their time to work one-on-one with children at Greenville Memorial Children's Hospital and serve at special events and fund raisers for Shriners Hospital for Children, both in Greenville, SC. We are in the process of expanding our services to Palmetto Health Children's Hospital in Columbia, SC and would like to expand to additional children's hospitals (if you are involved with one in some way, please send us an email for more information: info@isaacsfriends.com).

Isaac's Friends is expanding our program to a new location - Palmetto Health Children's Hospital in Columbia, SC! We are honored to have the opportunity to serve there. We are currently accepting applications for local Child Advocate volunteers that want to make a positive difference in the community by helping sick and injured children in the hospital and sharing compassion and support with their families. Isaac's Friends is able to alleviate the pain and fear of sick and injured children in the hospital on a daily basis thanks to the support of generous individual donors. All levels of support are welcome and important, whether it be a one-time gift or a monthly donation.

A great big THANK YOU to Mrs. Harrison's K-5 class for raising around 100 coloring books and one large box full of crayons! These are special gifts that we will take to the Greenville Memorial Children's Hospital and to the Shriners Hospital for Children in Greenville so kids staying in the hospital will have fun stuff to do to help them feel better. As Director of Isaac's Friends, I am so proud of these young students - they are setting a fantastic example of being a friend to a child in need. Click on the picture below for more photos!
